Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location — domestic orders usually arrive in 3–7 days.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Q: Do your products come with warranties?
A: Yes! Most of our gadgets include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please see individual product pages for specific warranty details.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our “Track Your Order” page.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship to Australia, USA and Canada.
